It’s time to REVITALIZE the Historic Cal Neva

The iconic Cal Neva has stood sentinel atop Crystal Bay since 1926. It holds the secrets of movie stars and infamous gangsters, and the cherished memories of those who visited through the decades. The Cal Neva’s heyday, however, is long gone. The property has been shuttered since 2013.

 

IMAGINE a revitalized Cal Neva that has been transformed into a new icon of Crystal Bay.  A vibrant lifestyle destination resort that is being planned to deliver a suite of outdoor and wellness amenities, entertainment and gaming, fine and casual dining. It will be an experience thoughtfully designed to protect and enhance Lake Tahoe’s sensitive ecosystem.
